this is still work in progress but for now following was fixed:

partly the AYONHieroEffectsFileProcessor class for loading effects from AYON effect product type
partly test for effects

thanks for merging! :) i also think this is good to go for merging into develop. lets use 0.1.0-dev.1 as the new version and take it from there.

let's make sure that all tests are passing before merging but then let's goo

also believe that most gotchas will be found when we start rendering stuff which can be nicely handled by issue PRs
