Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Make ROP nodes render/export to a directory path defined in settings

using the template give the rest of the control to the creator to manage the path.

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?

As BigRoy mentioned here https://github.com/ynput/OpenPype/pull/5666#issuecomment-1750671747 each Creator just had its own entry so studios could go crazy configuring it per creator if they wanted.

So you'd have: CreateVDB/output_path and CreatePointcache/output_path etc.
