Monitoring: Provide database size metrics #218

Addresses https://github.com/ynput/ayon-backend/issues/217

Notable changes:

/api/metrics/system now provides per-project database size
AYON_METRICS_API_KEY environment variable may be set to allow accessing metrics endpoint using this key, effectively skipping ayon user system (since we don't want to allow prometheus processes to access ayon at all)
