Loading Editorial package product (OTIO with resources video files) as timeline.

Additional info

Currently updating method is not developed and we are not yet planning to add it any time soon. There is not certain design when it comes to updating loaded timelines. Also, as @BigRoy had mentioned the product type should be in fact editorial_pkg

Testing notes:

• you need to have available editorial_pkg product before testing! Follow Testing steps from https://github.com/ynput/ayon-core/pull/484
• you will also need to update your dependency package for your bundle, since OpenTimelineIO needs to be at least 0.16.0
  1. open loader and load any of published editorial_pkg product published versions.
