Max: FPS settings during the launch #636

Is there an existing issue for this?

[X] I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior:

FPS Settings isn't set accordingly to the AYON task

Expected Behavior:

It would be great if there is a check on fps value during the launch and there would be a simple popup to allow user to fix fps value.

What platform you are running on?

Windows

Steps To Reproduce:

Launch Max by skipping workfile
check the fps by going to script editor and type frameRate
the fps doesn't align with the project setting
