When using workfiles tool with the Use Published checkbox checked it will still list files when no task is selected (which can actually be useful if it lists files for all tasks)
However - you can't click any of the options for any selected file. See screenshot.
Expected Behavior:
Either:
List nothing when no task is selected
Or allow enabling the buttons when a published file is selected without task (and of course do something sensible then)

Open Workfiles tool
Enable "Use Published"
Choose a folder path but deselect the task
