Tools: Show Folder and or Task thumbnails

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Other pipeline tools allow to visualize your list of shots also by their thumbnails instead of just their names - this gives you a nice quick visual overview of what shots you're browsing over.

This may also potentially be nice on the web frontend.

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?

Inside the Launcher, Loader and other tools the Folder and Task lists could have a visual toggle to enable/disable thumbnails and likely even make the thumbnail much bigger in size

Are there any labels you wish to add?

Describe alternatives you've considered:

Bonus points for being able to pull these thumbnails also from other production trackers, like Shotgrid/Flow, Ftrack, Aquarium, etc. which means potentially those would need to sync in their respective addons from the trackers.
