Applications action: Use applications icon url #110

Description

Use get_app_icon_url from applications addon to show icons instead of using ayon-core icons.

Testing notes

  1. Create bundle with this PR and applications addon 0.2.4.
  2. Run tray.
  3. Discover ftrack actions on ftrack.
  4. Application icons shows show correctly.
