Broken multiple reviewable publishing #96

If you need several intermediate file streams in Nuke, you should get multiple asset versions in Ftrack. Each will have the correct thumbnails sorted for that stream.

Following image is demonstrating current state. There are wrong thumbnails assigned to each asset version and there is one more asset version which should not be there.

Support for multiple reviewable was implemented by @jakubjezek001 and I'm afraid I don't understand the logic. My fix would be to support only single reviewable, which is probably not intended?
