Vertical alignment distribution of data fix #25

Changelog Description

Adjusted vertical alignment and distribution of data in the code to ensure proper handling and organization of clip metadata.

Testing notes:

  1. Set your testing project timeline to have multiple tracks
  2. rename those track to be P01, P02, P02
  3. add some clip to P01
  4. add other shorter clips to other tracks above and make sure their duration is not longer than clip in P01 and its full framerange is between IN and OUT of P01
  5. select all clips and open Creator,
  6. Set vertical alignment to active
  7. Set hero track to P01
  8. Create and notice all clips were renamed to the same name and all instances are having the same clip name.
