Make sure all instances and their context is collected before CollectorsOrder - 0.2, or early as CollectorsOrder - 0.49 if possible.
Collection of instances and their context should happen as soon as possible during publishing logic. There should not be any reason to do later, it only makes things complicated with global plugins.
