Use site ID and variants in addon settings #22

Description

Added methods to get root overrides, to get addon settings with site overrides, to get addon site settings and to get different settings variants. Also were added methods to get settings schemas.

Additional information

This does not affect methods which return all settings. They don't support such thing on server now. They'll be reworked anyway which will be updated in future PR.
