This PR is merging together changes in AY-3586/Dev/CleanResolverRepo and AY-3762/bugfix/windowsBuildError. Once we make release in ynput/ayon-cpp-api, this tag should be referenced in submodule here. Once done, we can merge this, open the repository and do subsequent cleanups with additional PR.
