I still think the README itself will need some solid restructuring for readability. I recall there being an older readme that was quite clean and informational at the top, but I didn't find it in the current state so just tweaked it a bit with mostly focus on cleaning things up instead of restructuring it fully. Potentially @mkolar has something solid to say on how to best make the readme public facing.
