Update ynput organisation issue templates

Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Update existing issue templates to be more consistent.

Why do you use exclemation marks in these templates?

Enhancement Request

• Confusing usage of enhancement <-> feature
• Define enhancement and stay consistent with it
• Request or report?

Why no feature request-template?

Bug Report

• Switch Ecpeted and current Behavior
• Expectation first and required
• Platform: Why RedHat and CentOS as two options (OSes are binary compatibel according to RedHat)
• CentOS almost EOL maybe include Rocky or Almalinux

How would you imagine the implementation of the Enhancement?

These templates might need to be updated on the organisation level to be conistent with every repository. Changes will need to be discussed first.

Describe alternatives you've considered:

Don't quite see any. Just leaving them as they are brings lots of confusion to me at least.
