Describe the bug
When [Automatically skip shorts with fewer likes/Skip shorts with fewer than this many likes] is on, it doesn't work and does not skip the video. also, when the video that doesn't get skipped shows up, it resets all of the settings, even when t he setting is checked off.
To Reproduce
Go to 'youtube.com'
Click on 'shorts'
Scroll down until you find a video that matches the criteria that will supposedly make it skip

Expected behavior
I expect it to skip the video or automatically scroll over it, but it doesn't.
OS: [Linux]
Browser: [Chromium 121.0.6167.155 (Official Build) Built on Debian]
