[Bug report] Frame slider no longer work

Describe the bug Due a recent youtube update that enabled a native time skip on shorts the extension is no longer working correctly. (the native one also will automatically resume the video if you are currently paused)

Seem youtube broke also his own so we have no seek feature at all now.
