resnet32.inplanes=64？ #12

Thanks for your contribution ! Notice that resnet32.inplanes is 64, but some other papers are 16. And official code is 16(He Kaiming). I wonder why. Thanks!

I also want to ask this question, but I find using 64 can get much better result than using 16.
