Our first breaking change!

Updates:

Add reCAPTCHA

Continue admin panel
- Start dashboard w/ stats
- Start beatmap management
- Start user
- Start logs
- Add style
Update privileges
- Add Nominator to Staff group
- Website privileges
  - Add ManageBeatmaps group
  - Add ManageUsers group
Add /api endpoint to nginx config
Disable online users in admin panel for now
