Generally speaking, I can do software development better than most of my peers, even if they have more solid undergrad background. I can deliver a solution with better coding format, better user experience and more features, as well as work collaboratively in a team with adequate knowledge of team-working.
The problem is: why should I deal with algorithms and OJs to get through an interview?!
