Hello New Iphone out the box with 1.1.2

Hello would like to know if it's possiable to unlock these iphone yet?

I have att service however I don't want the apple data service and I can't 
use the phone as a phone and IPod.

Please Help.

Jailbreak it in order to use as iPod and use Turbosim to unlock the phone as it 
is
OOB 1.1.2 which does not have any software unlock tools yet.

The Iphone can be used as Ipod with the current SIM , But the Sim was 
deactivated 
and I can't transfer my ATT services to the Sim.
