Support for cleaned data? #150

Hi @yoavram, I'm looking forward to using curveball, but I currently only have data in a non-standard, non-supported format. Any notion of plate orientation is gone at this point. Is there an option to provide curveball with pre-annotated, cleaned data (with the required columns OD, Time)?

There should be... I'll be happy to get pull-requests for it, or even partial contributions - let me know if that's an option. Otherwise, I hope to get to it, but unfortunately it won't happen very soon...
