Update alpine to 3.16.3 and mariadb to 10.6.10 #64

Container image updated to Alpine linux 3.17.0 & mariadb 10.6.11

I just considered updating 3.16.3 since this version still supported until 2024-05-23 , while 3.17 until 2024-11-22 which isn't a major factor to go for 3.17 . So Is that mean the container image must be the latest stable ?

I built both versions with mariadb 10.6.10 & 10.6.11 which are available, using alpine 3.16.3 & 3.17.0
