What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs):

Upgrade Storybook package versions to 8.0.9
Restructure stories in accordance with the dropping of the .stories.mdx blend system, such that each hook now has a folder containing:
- A "Docs" .mdx file for its main docs page since it cannot include all of its stories, since they rely on different components per story
- A folder for each example (because one .mdx can no longer have stories for multiple components) containing:
- A .stories.tsx CSF file containing the metadata and story for the example that used to be in <hook>/stories.tsx
- An .mdx file for the example's source code
- The example component and supporting files
