Partner web : Serial no for Tokens not needed #13

While showing list of all users queues up, on partner web we have serial no too (while we do not use serial no in the coordinator app). Having sequence does not help, as partner can add walk-in users and can check-in them before other queued-up users.

Queueing Number is required right now they are following Serve In Random Order (SIRO), once we have a strict algorithm implemented then the position will make vital roles, also all reference to Queued Entity communication happens based on the position number.

In short: Position display might not be interesting in the current version, but which is key feature in the QueueOne solution.
