Character generator macro improvements

• write character to chat
• links to items and actors in chat output
• Items get put in character sheet.
• Dice so nice compatibility so can see stat rolls

Instructions:

1. Import all content from compendium
2. Grant player permissions observer to macro and to items imported so they can view items clicked in chat.
3. Allow player permissions to "creator actor"
4. Players can now click macro to generate their own character. All players will be able to see result in chat, but only the player who clicked the macro will be given write access to that actor.
