Add German translation #87

This PR adds the German translation to the Cairn module.

This conflicts with the other PR. I can fix it but I'll leave it to you in case you know something I don't

Thanks for notifying me. It's alright, I just resolved the conflict, don't worry. :-)

I checked that pt-BR and de are selectable and working as intended, too. Now you are good to go.
