Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Update folder structure to account for multiple strategies and additional experiments using Jupiter

Describe the solution you'd like

add \src folder
add \strategies folder
one algorithm (strategy) per file (like Absolute, Amir-but-the-dip, dual, 12%, etc...)
helpers folder to include file manipulation, plots, matrices, etc.
docs should include 'reports', as research results for given strategy
