Add support for makeindex

It would be really cool if the sript could render indexes.

Hi shiblon,

sorry for my inaccuracy. I just tried to use the Makefile to create a pdf from 
my
latex-project which uses the makeidx latex-package. But the index did not show 
up in
the document. Thus I expect the feature to be missing in the Makefile. Please 
give me a
hint in case I am doing something wrong.

Having never used that package before, I am not sure where the makefile is 
failing.  
Would it be possible for you to attach a small .tex file to this issue that 
demonstrates 
the failure?  I can then use that to figure out what is broken.

I must have done something wrong. My minimal example actually worked well and 
thus I
tried my document again and tadaaa, its working :)
