multiple indexes

As far as I can see, the Makefile currently only calls makeindex once to
generate an ind-file with the filename beeing the same as the project name.

Could you please extend the Makefile to generate ind-files from all *.idx
files.

This is a duplicate of issue 36, so I'm marking it as such.  Thanks for 
attaching the files.  
Without having looked at the .tex file yet or what it outputs with a run of 
latex, do I 
need any supporting files?  Are these .idx files hand-generated?  If so, I 
would be 
grateful if you could provide the needed files so that I can figure out what's 
up with 
this.

The .idx are generated during the first run of latex.

In case you didn't see it in issue 36, this has been fixed in r7f3173f3607e.

Peter, can you verify that r7f3173f3607e works for you?  I have merged this bug 
into 
another one, but it looks like the problem in issue 36 is a bit more complex 
than this 
one and may only appear related.  In fact, I'm unmerging the two issues now, 
and 
marking this one as "Fixed".  If you find that it doesn't work, I'll switch it 
back to 
"Started".  If you find that it does, I'll mark it "Verified" and upload a new 
official version.
