kpsewhich error when no bibliography is used #69

In the latest beta, I'm getting the following error when no bibliography is 
being used:

Missing argument. Try `kpsewhich --help' for more information.

In get-bibs, the sed command doesn't print anything, so xargs doesn't give 
any arguments to kpsewhich.

This should be fixed in re6076cf3285d.  Also changed GRAY_INFIX to be __gray in 
that 
revision (at tip as of this moment).
