Would allow YouTube on ChromeCast to have different functions than YouTube on Viera etc.

Also gives us the ability to progressively enhance apps that say they support RAMP in their .info page

Should follow the same system as the device inheritance stuff. Would be implemented in device.app

Done - devices can now specify their own app overrides.
