They are generated automatically.

What is the real problem of this issue and what types of bugs/misconversions 
are fixed by adding them?

I think the current conversion result for わかりづらく is 
解りづらく, not 分かりづらく. Is it your concern? If so, we are 
going to increase the size of compound words soon. I hope new dictionary will 
fix these mis conversions.

We can't show the result "分かりづらく" for "わかりづらく".

We CAN show the result "分かりづらく" for "わかりづらく".

I don't add entries only for my concern.

Most native Japanese speakers prefer/use "分かりづらく",
and I think most Japanese can understand it naturally.

I generated the entries from 分[ら,り,る,れ,ろ,ん,っ] entries,
because modern Japanese speakers prefer 分か[ら,り,る,れ,ろ,ん,っ].

Mozc couldn't show "分かりにくい" and I felt it was strange,
so I generated the entries.

Maybe you said the same things in Issue 67-70 (I have't seen your replies yet).
Some users need かた,ほう (not 方) entries and I think it's reasonable
(Check the search results for them please).
