Steps remaining to land hive as default launcher

• [ ] update node-caps source repository to yodaos/node-caps;
• [ ] enable hiveproc package in the build system.

Use as default launcher:

• [ ] update schedulers in app-scheduler to use hive-launcher as default launcher.

This project will be working on non-linux platforms(RTOS or macOS), it's better to mark hive as default under linux only.
