Constractors in some classes are changed to __construct #42

On the PHP 7.2, I saw the message as below:

PHP Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; FX has a deprecated constructor in [path].

So I modified constractors to __constract in some classes.

Moreover ObjectiveFX.php is removed. I'm sorry for leaving it away for long time. I tried to build up but I couldn't. This class is not meaningful anymore.
