[Nice to have] Vagrant config with multiple db engines configured for adhoc testing #161

I created a patch for Dapper to make it work with another db engine.

What is the fastest way for me to test my patch against all supported platforms 
before I submit it?

I belive it would be ideal to have a Vagrant config that builds a VM with all 
supported engines.
