Add info to the "view tickets" page so they can verify name tag ribbons at event #38

volunteers give name tags to people at events. Additional ribbons with sticky gunk on them to attach them to the plastic name tags are typically added before hand, but are sometimes attached at the event.

If someone is a Gold Member, for instance, they will get a Gold Member ribbon on their name tag. That may allow them access to a different room or the same room at an earlier time. It is also an acknowledgement of their donation.

There are also ribbons for the Board of Directors, President, and others.

I will need to get with Helen and make sure I have a list of all of the ribbons needed and Will add a github issue for me to do to update the input form.

But @yodigi7 could still add a field for ribbons on the ticket lookup page. We will probably need "ribbon 1", "ribbon 2", "ribbon 3" fields or alternatively a little table that shows whatever ribbons they are entitled to.

This would be used the day of the event, but also when running a report so that volunteers can have boxes of the appropriate ribbons to attach beforehand.
