Event Table Input by Admins #43

Admins would have a tab that would not show for those doing normal data entry. That tab would have an Event table input screen:

Why would you have a dropdown of events on this form?

It would probably be nice to verify whether or not an event is already in there if someone is thinking about inputting one.
