RDE 4.0 roadblocks style (enhancements) #175

I want to suggest an enhancement: place roadblock's objects (such as cones, barriers, water barriers, lights...) similarly to how they are arranged in RDE 4.0 roadblocks, and if possible add the trailerVMS with different messages displayed (like in RDE 4.0), with a reduction in the number of road cones and flares which in some cases, not always, are too numerous (my opinion).
