Add option to automatically resolve at startup #79

It would be good if there were an option to automatically resolve all modules 
when a project is loaded.  This would be particularly useful when sharing 
projects with developers who have a different cache location.  In that case the 
IvyIDEA libraries are all invalid because the paths to the jar files is wrong.  
This is related to issue 78.

I want to check out my project and have it run straight away.
I don't want to have to tell my co-workers to click this that and the other 
before all the red goes away.
