Allow to specify custom classpath for Ivy extensions #91

If your ivysettings.xml contains this line:

    <typedef name="svn" classname="fm.last.ivy.plugins.svnresolver.SvnResolver"/>

When trying to resolve ivy config, IDEA will display error dialog, complaining 
IvyIDEA can not find the class.

Using IDEA 11.0.1 with IvyIDEA 1.0

You can specify the classpath in your ivysettings.xml.
