What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When tracking operational system is not set.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Its possible to detect the SO and language?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I using this library in my gpl project "Open Subtitle Translator" and need
know the user language and SO.
