What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to import an 256-Bit AES encrypted Keyfile generated with 
Puttygen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error parsing Keyfile

What version of the product are you using? 
1.3 r205

ConnectBot only accepts keys in the OpenSSH format. You'll have to "Export as 
OpenSSH
key" in puttygen.exe to get it to work.
