Feature Schedule Scan Error #1351

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

I select Target -> Scheduled Scan -> Periodic Scan, but it doesn't work even though it has been added to Scheduled Scan in the Scan History tab. If I select Clocked Scan, it shows Server error (500)

Expected Behavior

I select Target -> Scheduled Scan -> Periodic Scan, but it doesn't work

Steps To Reproduce

Target -> Scheduled Scan -> Periodic Scan

Environment

- reNgine: 2.1.2
- OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
- Python: Python 3.8.10
- Docker Engine: Docker version 24.0.7
- Docker Compose: Docker Compose version v2.5.0
- Browser: Chrome Version 127.0.6533.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I tested it out and works fine as expected. What do you mean by it doesn't work? Do you get any error? or scan doesn't run at all?
