feat: Optimize Docker builds with multi-stage builds and improved caching #1372

Is there an existing feature or issue for this?

Expected feature

reNgine's Docker build process on ARM is painfully slow

orpmize builds with multi stage and cache could benefit from optimization, especially for ARM architecture users who may experience slower build times.

This will also reduce the final image size
