Last phone number dials when headphones or speakers are plugged in. #404

Every time I plug in speakers or headphones, my phone engages, the piee of junk 
app I can't get rid of, (Vlingo) and then dials the last number called.  It 
didn't do this before the last ADW push update. 
The update has also screwed up my Youtube app. 

Please provide any additional information below.
