Getting Speex Decode Error while start conversating on call using Speex Codec #468

I have build successfully the source and installed the app.
Changed configurations and setup Speex as default to use.
Sip suuccessfully registered with Asterisk and negotiated Speex-NB for session.
On making call the ringtone hears louder and clear.
On picking call on other side, the problems starts:
1) The voice is louder at my end whereas it is noticeable fader at the other.
2) Call continues to run untill end press. But some missings in voice is 
noticed on hear, on both ends.
3) Noticed following Speex Decoding Exception in Logcat Logs.

 ***ERROR: function: "tdav_codec_speex_decode()"

Anybody can gigure out what the pronlem seems from the above error???
