Keep track of gcc support for complex datatype
http://gcc.gnu.org/c99status.html
If it will be implemented and agree with FFTW, then think about changing
complex handling from a current custom-built to a standard one.

Complex type is now fully supported by gcc. So now its time to implement 
corresponding changes in ADDA.
