Calculation of scattering grid does not work #80

Using option -phi_integr doesn't produce any output file with Mueller
matrices. The problem is relevant for current trunk version, not for latest
release 0.78.2. It was reported by Andrei Gelash. 

After some investigation, it seems that it was introduced in revision 838
in file param.c on line 1399.
