Parser for log file

When a lot of simulations is done with ADDA, it is helpful to automatically
parse log file to extract simulation parameters. I have already a program
in mathematica to do it (available upon request). The task is to prepare
this program (clean, test) and put it in misc folder.

Parsing of other output files, like CrossSec and mueller is also useful,
but it is quite obvious, since these files are basically lists of numbers.

The parser is not yet ready for release, but I have a working version written in
Mathematica. I can share it through e-mail request.
